I wanted to say thank you and acknowledge the great service I received from your store this week.
My husband had left me the job to organise roof racks and a roof box for our trip this weekend. With little knowledge on these items I visited my local roof rack store and made enquiries. I was given some advice but left the store a bit confused and unsure as the range of Thule boxes was so large. When I asked about price of a few boxes they told me I could look it all up online!
The next day I rang your store to ask a few questions with the intention of narrowing my choices. The phone service was friendly, helpful and very thorough.
Since my local store is 2 minutes up the road and your store was a minimum 30 minute drive I thought I'd buy local. Without going on too much I thought their service was very average and decided to take my business elsewhere.
So with four kids loaded in the car we drove out to your store this morning and were greeted with the same friendly and helpful advice I received on the phone. We are really happy with the recommendations of box size, colour and placement your staff gave us.
Thank you for providing 'real' customer service. I was more than happy to travel to give you my business and will happily recommend you to our family and friends.
