Return Policy
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order and non stocked items.

We charge a restocking fee of 10% of the products value that is being returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to get the returns process started

You can start the return procedure a number of ways.

  3. Drop into our store at 35 Raymond Avenue, Matraville NSW 2036
  4. Send your item back with a copy of your invoice. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved are approved, your refund or credit will be processed within 2 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
