Just wanted to say a *huge* thanks for the prompt service in getting the Thule GoPacks out to me so quickly!
We're heading off on our first family holiday this week with our two young children, and it's been stressful getting everything organised. Receiving our GoPacks at 8am this morning was a welcome relief. We're still waiting on some stuff that we need for our holiday, which we ordered from another Australian retailer over two weeks ago!

I ordered the rack on Easter Friday and it was here the following Wednesday. Apart from the very reasonable prices they are great people to deal with. Matthew Thanks Again by Paula (21 Feb 2011) I would just like to say thank you for your uber fast delivery of my 970 express. I ordered it last Thursday and it arrived the next day on the Friday (though I wasn't home so had to wait till this morning for it to be redelivered). I wasn't expecting it to arrive until at least Thursday. I'm also very happy with the free delivery and the fact that it was free even though I am in the Blue Mountains. I will certainly order again soon. I think I will need some adapters and a rear light panel to go with my 970 express.
