They had the parts I needed for the Thule bike rack when others didn't. The online ordering was easy and delivery on Monday after ordering on the previous Friday. Amazing. Very Happy with this purchase. I wish they were in Adelaide to buy larger items from....

I was trying to get a fitting kit from many different other vendors and none of them were able to deliver in a reasonable timeframe, except for this guys. The only problem is that they never replied to my phone calls even though I called them like 6 times during business hours.

Ordered some roof racks for my mate online and booked an installation. I had some existing bike racks that they helped key the new keys to. Really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism, and great work. Ordered pro rack roof racks midday Thursday. They arrived on my doorstep first thing Friday morning. Selecting the right rack for my vehicle was very easy on the website. I ordered a Yakima Easytrip 500L online and called ahead of time to check if I would be able to pick it up on the weekend. The man on the phone was very pleasant to speak to and when I picked up the roof box, I had a change of mind with the colour and again the person there was very friendly and helpful with accommodating that. He helped me put it on my roof to take home and in that time a few other customers had turned up and he made sure to greet each one and let them know he would be able to help them soon. Very good customer service from this place, highly recommend.

Excellent service, great product range. AJ was working alone on a long weekend and saved me before going away! I called , no answer, assumed they were closed, I received a call back within 30mins, had new roof racks within a few hours. 5 star old school customer service!!!

10/10 service - could not recommend enough! We’re so chuffed Gordon served us today, from picking up the phone to fitting our roof rack, his friendly and experienced customer service was incredibly helpful! He not only got the job done he was also massively efficient as we had very limited time! Because of him we are now able to start our travelling adventure :)
