Excellent service, great product range. AJ was working alone on a long weekend and saved me before going away! I called , no answer, assumed they were closed, I received a call back within 30mins, had new roof racks within a few hours. 5 star old school customer service!!!

My girlfriend and i were about to leave Sydney for our next trip and suddenly the King’s awning connected to our roof rail broke down. We have already had troubles with the other awning but we trust King’s employees that said that we could mount them on our car’s roof rails. They were wrong and the incompetence of them almost cost us an accident. In the unlucky time we were lucky to find these amazing people. Not only they saved our trip installing some roof racks on our car (perfect for our awning) but also they made us save lots of money finding second hand roof racks in perfect conditions. We haven’t had any problems for all these months. It’s very difficult to find so honest people nowadays. Super recommended, thanks again.

I ordered two roof rails online, but selected in store installation, as I wasn’t confident the rails were even compatible with by roof cross bars. When I arrived, the rails had been set aside for me, and in no time Lee and his colleague got to work installing the rails, and the job was complete in just over 30 minutes. A great experience all round! Thank you guys!

I have old Thule that wasn't opening. Lads straight away said I had wrong key. And $14 later works like new. I was expecting either new locks or new case so I'm very happy.

Great experience. I submitted a web query asking if they could key alike some Thule bike racks and they got back to me almost immediately with a "Yes and it is free of charge". Two Thule bike racks got delivered the day after I ordered. Great service and the best price around as well. Great job Justin and team.

After much research, Roof Rack Store had the cheapest racks in Australia! Purchased my Rhino rack and the guys even gave me a hand to lift onto my rails so I could fit it. Excellent, friendly, helpful, good old fashion service. Highly recommend. Thanks. ????????

Came in needing a replacement bolt to refit my roof rack after ripping the whole unit off driving into an underground car park. Was greeted by the fella that owns the shop. He searched out the specific part for me which wasnt in stock. We then tried a few different alternative bolt and washer combos to get it sorted. Lent me the tools to fit it myself as didnt have the specific bit needed. All in all top service, saved me an absolute headache trying to find a replacement part for an older model, amd all of the above was free. Offered to pay as I dont like taking someones time for nothing but we settled for this review. If you need a roof rack, parts or service, this is the shop for you - no dodgy business or pushy upselling BS, genuine service. Thanks mate.

Great customer service even as an online customer. They called up to confirm order, and when a part went missing during shipping they did not hesitate to express ship replacements. I would gladly recommend they guys to anyone wanting roof rack products, and will be returning for rack accessories.
