I've purchased a number of items from these guys and their service is outstanding - always providing friendly, expert advice. My Yakima roof platform recently developed a rattle which I couldn't fix. Took it into these guys and they spent a considerable amount of time investigating the issue as it wasn't straightforward. 5/5 rating for these guys. Online order and pick up absolutely no dramas. But the main reason I’m giving 5/5 is the after sales support. I lost a part, which they reordered fir me promptly. Manufacturer didn’t send the complete replacement but these guys attended to tht immediately without making me, the customer feel stupid for not provide all the parts numbers, or whatever. Lots of other places selling same commodities online, but these guys also do the service properly. I purchased a Yakima foldclick 3.

Fantastic customer service. I rarely leave reviews, but Justin went above and beyond in answering all my questions about whether the rack I had chosen would work with my car and the bikes we have. He was really fast in responding to my emails and following up with the distributer about an out of stock item. He even sent me a link to another store that had one of the items I needed in stock. Ordered a key replacement two months and there was a shipping delay which is not there fault. Called up twice before and the staff were friendly. The reason for losing two stars is because: 1. They said they'd call me when it would come the last time I called them. They did not until two weeks later of the order arriving. They did send an email but that was in junk. And honestly, after waiting two months, with no updates except when I called, a courtesy call would be greatly appreciated even after a week - not two. 2. When bought online, they said it was available. They've change it now since though. After waiting one month I called and they offered a refund.

These guys are Amazing! Nothing is trouble for them! I bought a Thule Bike Rack that just didn’t work for me and they offered a refund, or replacement or anything they can help with. None of this you haven’t got package etc etc that you sometimes get. I ended up buying a more expensive bike rack, happily!!! These guys know their stuff and are genuine and great people to buy from. The customer service at the Roof Rack Store has always been amazing. They were very helpful with the installation of our roof racks as well as our bike trailer. We travel to visit these guys as they go beyond to make things happen. We recently upgraded our bike trailer from 3 to 4 bikes with very short notice, everywhere else was out of stock and these guys fitted it perfectly on my car the days after I purchased it over the phone. Can't recommend them high enough, we have tried more local suppliers to us but always end up going back to Roof Rack Store in Matraville.

The bike rack we wanted was out of stock online everywhere else but Roof Rack Store has 10+ of it in stock at a competitive price. It seemed a bit unusual so we made a call to them to confirm the availability. The customer service team over the phone was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the bike rack through their website on Monday afternoon and received a notification 10 minutes later that the parcel had been shipped. We then received the bike rack on Wednesday morning in Melbourne. Fantastic services - wish more businesses are like them!

Their site was absolutely clear of out of stock items but allowed the option of getting the item on back order and at the sale price to those. It meant I didn't miss out on a great price. I ordered a Thule VeloSpace XT 3 Bike Carrier 939AU from Roof Rack Store online. They contacted me straight away to advise there was a delay with delivery and offered me a number of different options. I chose to wait for the rack, and they were in constant communication throughout the process, with regular updates. They were very focused on making sure my requirements were met, offering me alternatives throughout the whole process if I needed a rack sooner than they could get it back in stock. I cannot fault their attention to customer detail (especially for an online order) and level of customer service. Everything went to plan and the rack was shipped and arrived immediately (once back in stock). I took it on its maiden 1,000km voyage and it lived up to the reputation that Thule has - the bikes didn't move an inch and it was a very smooth ride. The engineering/design is great and this particular model is worth the extra for the options of taking DH or eBikes as well as other bikes (we had 1x 27.5inch and 1x 29er). It is a 3-bike rack, and while I only took 2 bikes this trip, there was sufficient room for a 3rd in the middle. Being able to access the boot of the car with the bikes on the rack was very convenient and loading/unloading was also straight forward. I was approached by a stranger at the DH race who spotted the rack (in use) and was very impressed as it was better than their trailer setup - it wouldn't surprise me if they get one shortly! I could not be happier with the product and the customer service from Leigh and the team at Roof Rack Store, and their prices are very competitive! Thanks again - one very happy customer! :)
